No Refund

Hi,

After wasting more than 1.5 years of precious time and money for Canadian Immigration (IELTS exam, documentations, attestations, etc), I told Y-axis of not perusing this any further and that my refund be processed. No response to my refund mails. It's been more than 3 weeks and no response to the three reminder mails sent over a course of 3 weeks.

This is cheating personified.

I would be moving to consumer court!! So much for being lame.

It's a pathetic waste of my time, patience and of all, Hope. All the three tested to its limits.

Why should these organizations not be blacklisted!!!
