Refund against W/L cancellation of e-ticket

Hi sir,

I have booked a ticket on 13th jan having pnr no. 2431248253 and transaction ID : 0441981807. Somehow it could not get confirmed. So it get cancelled automatically. Than I have checked the refund status of my ticket on 18th jan, which was 'refunded'. But till now, I do not the get the refund back in my account. Please sir, lodge the complaint against the irctc so that I can get the refund back as soon as possible.
