PF AMOUNT NOT GETTING, FADE UP BY FOLLOWING UP WITH BANGLORE PF OFFICE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have submitted my PF withdrawal requested to my organization on July, PF department Bangalore has received my concerned documents on 20/01 (I have the receiving copy) but they are saying it has received on 31/03. Till the date I am expecting my settlement. I am too tired up by dialing those nos. Everyday I call up during the whole day. Always busy/no response. If any body pick up my call in any lucky day & I ask the reason for delaying he says "its under process/we cant do anything/I am making complain for this/if any local person from your side would available here it would be better/send mail/simply put me hold for long time" At last they said to talk to Mr. Viswanath through operator. Jokingly there is no operator I think, because no one received my calls ever. From the mail id ro.bangalore@epfindia.gov.in (The PF Commissioner) also no response as like others above. What I should do next & who is going to help to release my PF payment. Please help me, I am feeling very helpless & worried. My other colleagues who have left the company at the same time of mine & left much later have got the payment except me.
