About rates

I want to complaint about the rates of petrol nd diesel... now the rates of per barrel comes down but the rates of petrol nd diesel are still same... that is wrong. if the government of india want to rob peoples then openly announce it that we rob the peoples of india because they doing nothing for consumers... this type of government nobody wants for their country... so i only want 2 come down the rates of petrol nd diesel. This is my complaint...
