Increase in initial cost and other hidden cost

Dear sir

It is really ridiculous that the APRSCL is trying to lure the people by saying that the house/flats are given at 25% less cost thant the market price. Initially when the project was launched and applications were called the prices of the flats were Rs.6 lakhs, Rs.12 lakhs, Rs.18 lakhs and subsequently Rs.24 lakhs. But after the demand survey when we deposited Rs.5000/- the letters were allotted to allottees that the new prices increased by 33%. The flats at hyderabad are now incresed to higher rate. The other cost like registration cost, parking charges, electricity and other details were also not communicated to the allottees during the initial stages. Now the people sitting in the APRSCL offices are telling that each individual has to pay atleast Rs.2/- lakhs extra for these things. So in total the schemes is not for poor people. It is similar to other government schemes where government people eat money and people who apply for such schemes has to bear extra money with inferior quality accommodation.
