Not refunding the amount

I have booked a plot of 200 yrd in Arun dev city Bhiwadi and after a long wait I opt for the cancellation. They gave me post dated cheqes which were bounced many times. After many reminde4rs and calls I started legel process against them. I think they are not going to do justice unless and untill they are not taken to court.
