Ounced cheque

I booked a flat with ARUNDEV builders for a flat in shahpura. They took 49000 in two instalments. The construction has just not started even after 4 yrs. I demanded return of investment. After many attempts they gave me PDC of 49000 which bounced in oct'10 .They issued 2 cheques of 25000 each which also returned in dec'10.They are not picking my phone now. When i went to their office i saw many people with the same problem. Now i feel like cheated and hope that justice be done as these people are cheating poor people as their rates are less. But our curse will always be with them. They cant sleep peacefully.
