Builder Standard - Substandard

Arun Excello is an awful builder. Guys who are investing on their future constructions consult DESH Apartment owners before your put your money down. I strongly recommend you go for better builders.

Arun Excello construction standard is below normal and he is just interesting in money. Classic example: They installed a generator set which was atleast 20 years old as per experts.

Their attitude towards customers is horrible.

So please beware
