Change in society Spec & Layout

Builder has changed Spec of society & layout than what was shown at the time of booking of Flat.

Green area is being reduced to accomodate additional parking which was not there in layout & till recent past on actual site. Also one additional tower has been added without any addition in overall socitety are which is resulting in increased load on infrastructure. Reduction in children park is an impact of same.

This is being done inspite of residents reservation & concern being communicated to builders local office.
