Not Refunding Amount of Booking & Installment

I Aplied for Omaxe Ltd in Bhiwadi Project, Earlier I have got 1008 in Dafodil-B Toer in 10th Floor, but later i got a letter from Omaxe to change me at 303 in Daffodil -G without my consent, then I write a letter to Omaxe to provide me option in Faridabad Project or refund me with interest but despite my repeat requests for a change in allocation or refund with interest. I got cancelation letter and forfitted my all money,

I have a copy of the letters that I had sent to Omaxe.

If there are more like us, Please suggest on this whether we can look to form a association and file a case similar to CCI / Consumenr court for same
