I have booked a 2BHK flat in Emaar MGF through Bricks and Mortar agent and they have given me in written that they will give me discount after 3 installment payment. Its already 2 years and I have paid 7 installment. Whenever I called up bricks and mortar they keep me saying will take some time and will pay. After 2 years when I went to their office they said they are not going to pay any money. They are big fraud, my advice to all customer not to buy any flat through them. I am going to file legal complaint against them in court.
