Hi

I bought a flat with BSR Developers Ltd, Bangalore about 2 years back and still the flat is not complete in all aspects. Even the basic amenities like lift and car parking is not available. Initially they promised to handover on Dec and finally they handed over only my flat in the entire block in Oct inspite of followup calls everyday. The folks right from the site supervisor to the director of the company are non professionals. They dont pick the phone from my mobile and I need to call them from my friend's mobile every time. They dont take any responsibility for the delay and not even ready to give the penalty amount as per the agreement. PLEASE DONT BOOK A FLAT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
