Wrong debit/ nonreciept of st.&dr.of charges

I have not recieved the statement for the period 15th march to15th April. The bank hascharged me rs.finance charges RS.260.79 besidesrs.26.86 ps.asGST. kindly refund this amt. keeping in view past record.

Further a sum of rs.918.oo has been debited as payment to M/SBVM BUILDERS & LUDHIANA on27.4.2010 where as i have not purchased anything from this firm. kindly look into the matter &refund this amount immediately.
