I Resident Of Oriental Aptt, Patparganj, Delhi -92 want to inform you that The cement water tank of C-5, Oriental aptt, 32 I.p. extn, Patparganj is Leaking vigorously which is weakning the Ceiling of the C- Block of the Aptt. The Owner of C-5 Flat of Oriental Aptt has occupied (illegal encroachment) the Staircase area Which is causing inconvenience to other Flat owner of the aptt, . Many Ressidents of the same aaptt have Extended their Balcony illegaly which is also of great concern and no maintenance work has been done by RWA of the Orintal Aptt Since many years. I request MCD officers to take strict & immediate action as leaking tank is weakning the basic structure of the building it may cause damage to life and property
