Non Refund of Advance

We and our family members had booked 7 plots 1800 sq ft each in May. The initial deposit of 30% which we paid is lost worth about Rs. 9 lacs. The cheque which they provided on 15th may also has got bounced and we have sent a legal notice for the same. But till now there is no response from them. There is no office functioning in Bangalore too i suppose. Two new people have also joined the scene, Babu (replacement for Saranya) & Uday. Even their mobile numbers are not in use now. It is all our hard earned money (retirement benefit & money taken on personal loan) invested in this daffodils. God is the only saviour as there is no humanity in people - muralidharan, raja, babu, venkat gowtham (Chennai office) & Saranya, Uday & Babu. We are deep grief as we neither have the land nor our hard earned money. Very difficult to digest.
