LESS RELEASE OF SANCTIONED LOAN

I had taken a consrtuction loan from your tilak nagar branch...

I was made to understand that out of the total sanction amount of Rs.875, 000/-, Rs. 25, 801/- is towards insurance charges but the insurance cover note has not been send to me till date due to which I am unable to understand the risk-coverage of the policy. I think there was no such policy made and the said amount has never been released to me.

Even after my repeated requests and follow-ups with the concerned only I could get false assurances. I am totally at loss what is happening with me...
