Cheating by AMR Infrastructure/ Real Gains

Hi Friends,

This is to bring a case of fraudulent activity by broker Real Gains (now Earth Infrastructure). I booked a property iHomes, Greater Noida by AMR Infrastructures (having Reg Office at 2425/11, Gurudwara Road, Opp. HDFC Bank, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110 005) through the brokers Real Gain (Reg Office: Real Gains Estate 14 D, Hansalaya Building, 15 Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place New Delhi. Director: Atul Gupta, 9811174927) and Déjà vu Shelters (Reg Office, 208 - 211, Chokhani Square Building, Sector-18. Noida (UP) - 201301. Owner: Ashish Malla: 91-9810466688).

I paid ICICI bank cheque No. 290608 to “I Homes Interiors” (amount Rs. 1, 56, 000 from my ICICI bank) which was credited to this account on 28th October. While I enquired AMR infrastructure about the payment, they clarified that the above mentioned account does not belong to AMR and it was a fraudulent activity by Real Gain/ Déjà vu Shelters. Real Gains is the main accused according to my exploration of facts during past few weeks. AMR Infrastructures can also not be given clean chit as they had such a fraud partner. Now neither AMR not Real Gains is taking onus of this fraud and no one is ready to return my money.

BEWARE OF EARTH INFRA (EX. REAL GAINS) AND AMR AS THEY DO NOT HAVE TRANSPARENCY IN THEIR SYSTEM. I HAVE MET FEW OTHER INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE BEEN THE SUFFERERS.
