Failed to allot unit in earth Copia, Gurgaon after taking 25% of the total selling price

Earth Infrastructure launched their project "Earth Copia" in Sector 112 in gurgaon during 2011. i booked 2 appartments in it and made 25% payment. more then 18 months have gone and they have failed to allot me either of unit. every time i called them they give me one or another excusefor not alloting the unit. This company should be black listed
