I m the owner of the bata godown on chandigarh, due to inflation and property tax levied by the admiistration, i m not able to continue with bata india ltd. i want vacation of permises by bata india ltd, this is persuming as a legal notice, if you have any querry contavt me at 0915283248.or mail me at sunil_jain19@yahoo.co.in. pl. vacate the permises with in a month or face legal complications.i want to increase the rent about 45000/-if u r willing to continue as a teanent, pl. pay 45000/-pm as a rent, or vacate the permises. of sco-29, sector -41-d, chandigarh.
