Income from house property

Sir,

I read about the income tax for the income from house rent. i.e the person have income from house rent have to spend 30% of its on maintenance of hose, rest of the income is taxable amount.

I submit a complain about the income from house property of Garg Niwas C-59, Sector 56.

They rented their 10 rooms for 6500/- per month and not spent a penny on maintenace or cleaning of house. that means they earn 780000/- per year from house property.

for the claening of lobby and other self used area they charged 200/- per month from each tenant that means 24000/- per anum another income.

but they dont give any tax for this income.

Please do the needful steps for the same. Its totaly theft of indian goverment money.
