Refund of Madhuban yogna

I had applied in Madhuban Yogna of GDA in May. GDA had extended its last date twice and made draw of same in early Nov but till date GDA had not refunded the money of unsuccessful applicants.

It was also came to noticed that the most of successful applicants was those, who had applied in last, this indicates that there were some malpractice in GDA, but no one is ready to tell about the same.

I had asked so many times for refund from P.S. Chaudhary-9899638001, S.K.Kausik- 9711305002, M.P.Singh- 9711305030, but no one gave satisfactory answer. Mr P S Chaudhary had told last week that refund has been sent, but till date I had not received same.

anyone can tell me about the truth
