Insaalling 3g mobile towe

i see the advest about the news paper punjab keshri in jalandhar about the insatlling 3g mobile tower. two mobile no i.e 7838717018 and 7838717019 named as ravi and mr sharma. they didnt talking about their location but surely they are north indian and hindi well known persons.

they advice me to deposit the rs 4700/- in their account no sbi 20042857230 as a registration fee. i deposit the money in their account no. They also send the registration letter named giridhir tower (for insatlling aircel tower) and further advice to deposit the 31000/- for the tax department.

but they are not attend my call their mobile no always switch off.

please suggest me to take the action about them for the welfare of other persons and also me.
