Non-refund of Booking Advance

Hi,

I have invested Rs.3.51 lakhs in one of the projects of Green City group of companies called Solitaire Greens in Dharuhera... During the booking stage, the company promised me to hand over the flat in 2010... However, till date neither the construction of the project has started nor the money has been refunded to me.

I have all the related documents to support my claim..

Can you please advice!!
