False Promises by Budilder

Builder of Himalaya Tower which sent all Apartment owners completion letter in Sep/ Oct is far from completion even in April.

He has not provided

1. Club Facility

2. GYM facility

3. He promised park adjacent to his building and charged apartment owners extra money and later mentioning he cannot build this park as this is GDA land

4. In his initial advertisement he mentioned 30% built up area and 70% open but now the situation is opposite

5. There is no marked parking available

6. RO water was promised but at end he provided RO plant with no maintenance due to which many owners needs to purchase AMC of there own, these RO are of very poor quality

This Builder is building another project named Himalaya Legend, not sure what will be the Quality of those apartments.

I am not sure where we can look for help?

Filling a complaint with local Police is not in reach of common person as builder can feed them any amount or use their relation to harras common members living in locality
