Non allocation of plot after the full payment

Sir,

A housing sub-plot of an area 4800 Sq Ft at the site under the name and style of "BHAGYA NAGAR PLOTTED SCHEME" under the revenue village/mouza near to Krupanjala Engg college in Cuttack puri road, was booked at installment scheme The period of the scheme was 30 months with each month 5000 rupees. I have already deposited the entire cost of the sub-plot within 3 year of the agreement. In the meantime, 4 years passed, but no sub-plot has not been registered against my name, even not allotted any plot.

I approached the executive Director of the company many a times and also writing regularly for registration of a plot, but nobody listens to me.

Kindly help me getting the sub-plot registered.
