Non-attendant of complaints

I am residing in H-292 Kali Bari Marg, New Delhi - 110 001. I am giving regular complaints for the past two years continuously for 1) Wardrobe which has been completely eaten by the termites and it should be replaced immediately with the concrete one. About a week back two boys were sent to repair the wardrobe. Unfortunately the work has not been carried out properly i) The doors have not been fixed properly and the plaster are coming out, I do not know when the door will fall back. I had brought these problems to our JE Mr. Gupta, Who most of the times not available in his seat nor his assistant took our complaints seriously.

2) Our overhead water tank has been completely broken and water is not filling the tank. The same has to be replaced. This has not been inspite of regular complaints. I contacted Mr. Vijendra Kumar he told that they have purchased about 70 watertanks? Then whey our watertank has not been replaced.

3) All the windows are eaten/broken I am requesting them to change all the window planes. This has not been done.

My complaint has been registered and I am visiting regularly given written complaints. Inspite of all these efforts my complaint has not been attended and my complaint has fallen into the deaf ears of our JE/AE who are tatoos to tekedars
