Harrasment by landlord

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My name is Padmaja Mishra and i am presently residing at- House no- 111, Lane No-17, Pratap Nagar, Mayur Vihar Phase - I, New Delhi as a tenant of Mr. Krishna Sharma.

On 05-May, i along with my younger sister returned from mumbai after attending my interview in union bank of India. Due to delay of flight i have landed at delhi airport after 00:30 am, 6th May. After reaching home at about 01:30 am, i had found the entrance gate locked. Then to enter my flat i had knocked the gate as well as ring the bell. when i got no response i had call on the mobile number of my landlord but the mobile number is also switched off. After 15 to 20 minutes one of the tenant come downstairs and he said that he was helpless because he don't have keys of the front gate. He also knocked their door but then also there was no response from inside. After one hour one of our neighbour wake up due to continous knocking of the front gate come to us. After listening to us they invite us to their house. Whole night we sleep in their house.

This is not first time, earlier also when i asked them for duplicate key of the front gate they had refused. Due to harrasment i am not able to attend office on 6th May morning.

Whenever they got opportunity they try to harras me creating such situations.

Please take necessary action against them.
