Delay in Possession

I booked a commercial space in ILD Trade Centre developed by International Land Developers (ILD). The chairman of International Land Developers (ILD) is Mr. Alimuddin Rafi Ahmed. Their website is http://www.ild.co.in. In the agreement that we signed with them, it is clearly stated that possession will be given on 1st December. But the builder keeps delaying possession. Everytime we ask them, they keep saying that it will be ready within 3 months but they always delay. This has caused us mental harassment and loss of rent. What are my options in this case? Please help.
