Back-tracking on Commitment

Dear All,

I am writing this complaint to share my expereince with Investor Clinic through whom I have booked a flat in Pan Oasis and Sales GM of Pan Oasis. I don't intend to make bias your opinion against IC or Pan Oasis but suggest that you use your judgement and take commitments with pinch of salt unless they are backed by documents.

I have given 10% payment through cheque to Investor Clinic on 13.05.10 of aprox. 3.9 lakhs for booking a flat of 1385 sq feet. I was told at the time of booking that I have to pay the floor PLC but park/road facing PLC (Rs. 50/sq feet) will be waived off. Now Investor Clinic has back-tracked from the commitment saying that builder is not agreeing to the PLC waiver. Interestingly, builders (there are three of them) have divided the towers among them (Patel, Amarpali and NIrala) and are selling them individually probably on different prices/terms. I really wonder whether all three developes are jointly going to develop the property or only their own towers and who will own the delivery commitments.

When I was making a choice of flat before closing the deal, attitude of their GM who sits at the site office was anything but helpful and arrogant.

I have decided to take my cheque back and say thankyou to Investor Clinic and Pan Oasis for saving me futher trouble and sinking my money which I might have come accross because of lack of their commitment.
