Hi all,

I booked a flat in jains cedar point which is coming in pallavaram, vaithiyalingam street, dhargah road, very near to jains green acres. I have been facing many problems starting from the booking day of this flat. I want to know the below details (atleast from the residents of jain green acres, also frm those residing near these areas)

1. What are all the problems faced from jains - I know about the sewage problem.

2. Are there any water problems in green acres or in and around vaithiyalingam street

3. how you are approaching with jains after getting into the flat, I mean towards all your problems. are they responding properly.

4. what about electricity problem, is it happening every day, how many hours.

5. what type of problem you expect after handing over of the flat.

6. As i booked the flat in the top floor (4th floor), how about condition inside the flat during peek summer. Those who are staying in 4th floor or top floor know better.
