Inordinate delay in plot boking in Jaipuria Sunrise Greens Township, NH24, Ghaziabad

Dear Sir/Madam!

I had booked a 200 Sq yd plot in Jaipuria’s Sunrise Greens Township, NH 24, Ghaziabad through their sole authorized channel SMV Agencies Pvt. Ltd. on 01st Sep with an initial booking amount of Rs. 3, 24, 000/-

The provisional allotment letter/sale agreement for the same was issued on 19th Feb and was allotted Plot No. 104, Type – D in Block – C.

Till now I have paid them around Rs. 7, 35, 000/-

Since then I have been regularly following up with them but neither have I got any official communication citing the reasons for the delays nor any firm commitment of the project completion date.

Requested to guide me as to what would be the best course of action to safeguard my investment with them.
