He insults people and uses foul language against them. rajeev tipnis is the crook of crooks, he awarded a painting contract worth 95 lakhs to paint the building and got his house renovated and painted for free, he uses his parking to stash cement bags from the construction at his house.since he is chairman no one tells him not to keep thousands of cement bags filed with debris in the car parking. How can two persons from the same family be members of the committee, tipnis has made his wife a member too. Any person trying to oppose this committee is threatened and removed from the commitee, Yadav and Tipnis are the biggest loosers residing in Jasmine Towers. Thank You
