TDS DEDUCTED ON FULL PAYMENT

Dear Sir,

I am having my business of waterproofing contractor at ahmedabad. M/s COMFORT HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED with PAN no. AHMC01936E had deducted tax on my full bill @ 10% as already I had furnished PAN no. to them.

Also they had paid only Rs. 25000/- to me and they deducted TDS on Rs. 39074.00 which is my full bill amount.
