1.My flat was measured without following any rule and so that the measurement of each floor (measured by promoter) is different when in sanctioned plan these are same.

2. Took money Rs200000/ for giving shaded garage but not supplied and the original receipt on his pad was destroyed by saying that if it was not destroyed no agrement would be done when Rs1800000/ was paid.
