I Lalit Bagwe had proposed to buy a Property (Flat) at 504, Sai Residency, Mahatma Phule Road, Dombivili West. 421202. from Mr. Kiran Pawar residing at 504, D1, Lok Udyan Shirish Bldg, Kalyan West. The said property waspurchased by Mr Pawar in June.for 12 Lakhs Agreement amount.

I proposed Mr. Pawar to sell his property to me in Rs. 21 Lakhs (Agreement Value) & he agreed on the same. I also handed over a token amount cheque of Rs. 2 Lakhs to Mr. Pawar. But later Mr. Pawar asked me to enter into an Argeement of Sale of Property of Valuation of only Rs. 12, 60, 000/- (Twelve Lakhs Sixty Thousand only).

When I enquired with him the reason for the low agreement value which was earlier agreed by him at Rs. 21 Lakhs. He said he does not want to bear the tax levied on him on the basis of Short term capital gain.

He is asking me to bear the taxes (Rs. 2 Lakhs approx) imposed on him if I wish to buy the property. Which is unethical.

The property is of 600 sq.ft. & selling price at Rs. 3500/- per Sq. ft.

Request you to guide me for taking appropriate action against Mr. Pawar.
