Refure to Return all Payment Made by Us against Booking of Flat due to failure of Sale agreement from Builder side

We have booked one 2 BHK Flat No.408 on 22nd Nov on Project " Durga Sai Estate" Nildih, Near Golmuri Club, Jamshedpur. We singed Sale Agreement with Builder on 30th Nov. As per sale Agreement, our Flat will be delivered to us not later than 18 to 24 month after time of Booking.

We have made all Payment on time as per our sale agreement.

Now Construction works are completely stopped since last more than one year due to unknown reason. Also We do not have any information when construction work will begin and weather builder will complete this project or Not.

We Have requested Builder to Cancelled our booking and return all Payment made by Us with interest with in 15 days through Application latter dated 14th Oct to them, due to Failure of Sale Agreement from Builder side.

Builder has refused to return my Money, No formal Reply of My Application are received except one Phone call. on that Phone call, Builder has not agree to return my Payment.
