We stayed from Nov to April. We gave him a security deposit of 1 lakh and 25 thousand.

After vacating the house in April, he has been giving the security amount in bits n pieces and finally held some 21.5 thousand rupees with him.

We kept following him every now and then, after that today he has returned 3.7 k Rs.

He has kept some 17.8 K with him for no reason.

There was a clause in the agreement for paint, apart from that he should not retain anything else.

Simply that we are girls and he stays in hyderabad, and is not at proximity, he has taken advantage of this.

We want action to be taken against him.
