Unnecessary PLC and poor complaint redressal

I booked a Flat in Lotus Panache in Sector 110 NOIDA, All went well but when I got PAL i was shocked to see that a landscape PLC of Approx 1Lac was levied on my appartment and the Pity was my Flat is not at all Park facing. Later layout is revised and the Park which was in front of my neighbouring flat was cut short by 50 % area. Builder is not all ready to listen us and to waive PLC for Landscape.

When i wished to escape from this project the builder is proposing to deduct 10 % of flat cost.. This builder is really not at all professional, please book your flat at your own personal risk.. Your flat lay out may change any time... any PLC can be levied... Beware from 3C Lotus Panace and all projects of 3 C
