Lodha is unprofessional organization and needs to be vigilantly checked to protect our hard earned money.. I Get to see new faces and names everytime. Lines are always busy, on a recent meeting they said, that lines are being used for other new projects hence no time for bellagold.

They have already procured 40% of the money. The architect plan says that plinth has been initiated as of May 31st while they made the collection for that way back in January. I do not understand what is kapadia (architect) and lodha developers doing with the money that they have collected. Why is no working happening. What is the reason. And they are still committing to complete the project and provide possession by December. Need to seek explanation from them, how is it possible. If not then they are anyways fooling people.

My sincere request. Intervene ans push developer and architect into delivering as per plan. Please dont let them get away. They apply fine for delayed payments but no body can fine them if they delay. System needs to be unbiased here. regards
