Pathetic cusotmer service desk from Lodha group

The Lodha Brand has the customer service desk a pathetic service. Wonder the Brand company is still not taking corrective action despite serveral customer complaints. I am one of the victim. Following up with them for so many days no response. i can't see even single person to answer the query the fellow executive with whom the deal was happened is also helpless requesting me to seek help from customer service only. Now despite such service the Lodha Group is charging interest on delayed payment.
