Lodha luxeria
Late posession of the flat and not being in their words

I have booked a flat in lodha in 2009 and at the time of booking they promised of giving the posession in dec and still i havent got the posession of my flat though i have cleared all their payment till date. And they never reply to my mails and even no one replied on the customer care number. I try to contact them many time and through various ways but they are not ready to respond to me. And they also keep.their personal.numbers switch off. And receltly they promised that after site visit you will get your flat in 10 days but today is the 12th day n i havent got my posession and they are not even fepling to mails and on customer care.

There is very poor after sales service of lodha. If i have to make some payments to fhem then they will call ne and mail me again n again but when i have some work they never respond properly.
