Refund not received

I had booked a flat with Lok Uphaar project of Lok Group of Companies in Virar in 1995. The project got delayed for years and hence Lok Group promised refund. It has given the principal amount back over about 10 years. Bu the interest part is pending and they have been giving dates which they are not able to honour.

I have been calling their office and have spoken to different people. But the refund date keeps on shifting for years now.
