Builder refusing to give a flat after 7 yrs of full and final payment

Hello,

I had booked a 2BHK flat in an under construction project, 7 years back at Santacruz (E) Mumbai-400055, by paying the full amount of the flat and had also received an Alloment letter from the builder. Now after 7 years the builder has sold the entire project to another builder and says he would not give me my flat. Please show me the correct path. How should i go about it?
