Wrong Interest amount charged

Customer care is pathetic. They are not handling queries. Now because of this lodha charged wrong and illegal interest amount on me. I said at time of booking that after 20% payments, rest of the payment would be from bank. I paid 20% without any delay. Lodha sent the demand letters before property registration and i can not pay that amount on my own but bank did not pay because there is property registration. When everything is done (Property Registration & Bank formalities), lodha sent the demand letter with interest value which wrong and illegal.

Do not go for Lodha until unless they give everything in writing.
