Mantra Majestica Project in Pune

Mantra Majestica is project developed by Mantra Housing in Pune. The possession schedule was on March but builder started giving "Provisional Possession" from June. It almost two months now

Project do not have lifts and genset operational. When contacted to respected authorities replies are different and there is no clear picture when it will starts. Replies vary customer to customer

1) 3 phase meters not received from electricity board

2) Lifts do not have permission from Gove authorities.

3) Genset can not handle Lift capacities.

4) We paid all money to vendor but vendor is not responding, .

when contacted to Lift vendor he replies builder is not handed over building for testing of lifts.

Every floor builder has closed lift doors by putting construction material.

Security provided is also not good more of the times they are sleeping or chit chatting in the night.
