Refund of Money with interest

I had booked a plot of 160sq yd from MTech Developers in July in Bhiwadi. Till date nothing has been done at the site and I am not sure whether they still own the land or not at that location. Plot apart they are not even ready to return the money back with interest. These developers are using our hard earned money and making fool of us as well as making a mockery of the law and order of the state. They should be punished with heaviest penalties.
