Harresment for Repair work

Sir / Madam,

Myself Ashok Kumar Ahuja resident of C6A/ 9A Janakpuri New Delhi-110058 Ground floor. Iam the owner of this property and have been staying in this house for last 29 years. I have been facing tremendous torture / harresment from my neighbour staying on the first floor address C6A Block, 9 B, Ist Floor. The washroom ceiling of our house is not in a good condition only because there is a continous sepage of water from first floor. Even also water drops down from our washroom ceiling like it is raining. It is not the first time that this has happened. We have got the ceiling repaired 3 years back. Now again the same issue has comeup again. We have spoken to ur neighbours in a very friendly and amicable manner but there is no response for this. Not even this my neighbour is asking us to give room space on the backyard of my house and then in the front baloncy of house. He is ready to repair wasgoom only after we allow him room on the backyard and give space in front of our house. He is putting mental pressure on me & my wife. Mysefl a Senior Citizen request you authorities to resolve this out.

Me & my wife has been staying in the house for the most of the time in the house.. Here I want to update that your ceiling has developed cracks and the plaster has started falling. This has become health hazard to us also as the dirty waterof the pipes is drowing down and coming to our body. We could develop diseases or can fall ill also with the infected water. Iam marking this email to all of you and concerned persons & Department os that you all take action against this and give us some relief.

My humble request is that to ask my neighbour to get the repair work done.
