Niho Scottish Garden
Flat not delivered

I had booked a flat in Dec in Niho Scottish Garden, Flat No. K101. It is going to be 6years that they have not yet delivered my flat for possession. I am salaried person and I had taken Rs.15.5 Lacs loan and paying hefty EMI every month from salary. In fact my all hard earned money is put in this investment to live in my own house. I a currently staying in a rented house and rent is going up every year and I do pay Rs.30000 per month towards the rent. Under this circumstances it is becoming so difficult to survive.

They had promised the possession with 24months, but it is already 6six years that I have not been given any clear date for possession.

I would lodge this as complaint of harassment and I must be compensated heavily for this. Kindly treat this as a complaint. Looking forward receive from you a positive response
