I bought a flat more than 4 years ago in Niho Scottish Gardens, Indirapuram. Till today there is no sign of promises to be fulfilled by developer - Club, Park, lift, etc. Even the basic possession of flats is not yet done. The registration of flats is in legal tangle.
The society is in a mess - thanks to the trio directors Prakash, Hemant and Dipak.
Anyone who reads this should never invest in Niho projects. Please spread the message to save others from falling into Niho trap.
