Nitishree Anil Jain Fraud Complaint

Hi,

I booked a plot in Nitishree NH-58 project in 2005 however till now I have not received any plot. Finally I went to the Builders office at B-111, Sector 5, Noida and settle down to refund my money I deposited. They gave me the post dated cheques which are going to be due on December. I came to know in the local news channel and newspaper yesterday that Anil Jain is arrested by the Sector 20 Noida Police. I think that the cheques will be bounced for sure. A sincere help is deeply appreciated. I am not in India however one can meet my father Shri. C.P. Gupta at 9871263720.
